At his annual mafia don convention, the flamboyantly dressed West Hollywood mob boss Don Queerleone is accused of breaking Mafia Rule #1, which states, no Gays are allowed to become Made Men. After a vote, the membership decides that he must prove that he is straight by going to a gay rehab center, making a sex video with a female celebrity, and posting it on the Internet.
Unfortunately, things don't work out as planned, due to the success of Don Queerleone's new hit reality television show, "The Don Of West Hollywood".
